01Car parks
An old concrete slab on an open rooftop car park. Cleaning and repair of the substrate, machine-applied waterproofing system with a wear-resistant finish and, finally, bay and traffic-direction markings.
02Car parks
An open top-floor car park: concrete repair, waterproofing system and a grey wear-resistant coating. Yellow markings for the pedestrian walkway and zones, wheel stops at the bays.
03Roofs
An old bitumen membrane with cracked seams. The roof was prepared and coated with a white liquid waterproofing — seamless, sun-reflective and wrapping the details around the chimneys.
04Floors
Bare concrete in a service area. Grinding, primer and a grey epoxy floor with a gloss finish — easy to clean and dust-free.
05Terraces
A cracked old coating with damp stains. A new white waterproofing system, including the junction with the façade and the parapet.
06Floors
A grey floor coating, light walls and column markings — an underground car park ready for use.
07Roofs
Machine-applied liquid waterproofing on the flat roof of a residential building — an even, seamless layer.
08Terraces
Waterproofing of a terrace over the existing tiles: cleaning, sealing tape along corners and joints, then the waterproofing layer.

Categories
Epoxy coatings are our most requested service. We deliver projects ranging from small production rooms to logistics halls of many thousands of square metres. Every project gets an individual approach — the system is selected according to the load, operating conditions and client requirements.
A 3 mm high-build epoxy system for a warehouse with intensive forklift traffic. Shot blasting, crack repair and application of the system in sections without stopping warehouse operations. Anti-slip strips at entrances and loading ramps. Marking of work zones, pedestrian walkways and emergency exits.
A hygienic epoxy system approved for areas in contact with food products. Seamless, non-porous surface. Special treatment of corners and walls with integrated coving for easy cleaning. The system withstands daily cleaning with chlorine solutions.
An epoxy system with decorative flake chips in dark grey. Gloss finish. Customers regularly ask where the floor is from — it has become part of the showroom’s look. Resistant to oils, fuel and heavy foot traffic.
We choose polyurethane systems when a project requires elasticity, UV resistance or performance at extreme temperatures. They are especially in demand in car parks, cold stores and the food industry.
A polyurethane system approved for food contact, performing at –18°C without deformation. Anti-slip zones at entrances and unloading bays. Installation was carried out outside working hours to minimise production downtime.
An elastic polyurethane floor with shock absorption. Anti-slip finish for safety during physical activity. Line marking applied for three different sports.
Car parks require a combination of mechanical strength, chemical resistance and waterproofing. We have completed underground car parks of residential buildings, multi-storey car parks and private garage areas.
A polyurethane system with integrated waterproofing. Anti-slip coating on the ramp and entrance areas. Marking of 48 parking spaces, pedestrian walkways and numbering. The project was completed without interrupting access to the building.
An epoxy system with increased resistance to oils, fuels and solvents. A smooth surface that is easy to clean with an industrial scrubber. Anti-slip zones in the inspection pits. Completed over a weekend with no lost working days.
Our waterproofing projects cover flat roofs, terraces, balconies and underground structures. We work with three types of systems — bitumen rolls, liquid polyurethane membranes and TPO/PVC coverings — depending on the type and load of the structure.
Complete removal of the old insulation and installation of a new two-layer bitumen system with mineral surfacing. Special attention to service penetrations and parapet areas. 48-hour flood test to confirm watertightness. 10-year warranty.
A liquid polyurethane membrane with a decorative anti-slip finish. We worked on all the terraces in the building one after another without disturbing the residents. Each terrace was handed over with a certificate and a warranty card.
A complex project — waterproofing of a flat roof with a TPO membrane and simultaneous treatment of the basement against groundwater with crystalline waterproofing. Our largest waterproofing project to date.
