Substrate preparation
Grinding, milling or shot blasting of the concrete. Crack filling and levelling where needed.

Primer → epoxy resin → topcoat. Each layer is applied only after the previous one has fully cured.

Adhesion and surface hardness testing. Handover with documentation and a warranty card.

How long does an epoxy floor last?
With proper maintenance and loads within the design parameters, epoxy systems last 10–15 years. High-build coatings for heavy industrial production can exceed 20 years with periodic maintenance.
Do we need to clear the premises during installation?
For a quality installation, the area must be cleared of equipment and stored goods. We can work in sections to minimise production downtime.
When can the floor be walked on and used after installation?
Foot traffic is possible after 24 hours. Full loading with heavy machinery — after 5–7 days, depending on temperature conditions and the system used.
What substrate does an epoxy floor require?
The substrate must be reinforced concrete or a cement screed with moisture content below 4%. Cracks and unevenness are repaired before application. If needed, we lay a levelling screed.
Do you offer anti-slip coatings?
Yes. We broadcast quartz sand or special anti-slip additives into the final layer. Recommended for wet areas, ramps and car parks.
